Merritt Contracting Corporation is a licensed State of Florida General Contracting Company and has been in business for over 17 years. Based in Orlando, we specialize in commercial construction and are fully licensed to undertake any building project.

Our Team
Merritt Contracting Corporation is owned and operated by Lance Merritt, a licensed general contractor and LEED-accredited professional.
Lance has a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, and more than 20 years of experience in general contracting and construction management.
Our team of superintendents and skilled workers are committed to upholding the Merritt Standard. We want to ensure a long-lasting relationship with our clients, and our goal is for you to be completely satisfied at the end of your project.

We are a fully licensed State of Florida general contracting company (license #CGC1507704). Our founder Lance is LEED-accredited, OSHA 30, and a Florida DEP Stormwater & Erosion Control Inspector.
